Lumify Learn is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 45994) that allows students to study their way, from anywhere, at any time, with industry-recognised qualifications to let them hit the ground running upon graduation. What is the difference between the Australian Institute of ICT (AIICT) and Lumify Learn?

AIICT (RTO 51681) and Lumify Learn (RTO 45994) are separate training organisations owned by the same parent company, EdventureCo, which also owns Everthought Education, an existing RTO.

Initially, AIICT was set up to offer ICT qualifications. But now that the Lumify Group has been approved to operate its own RTO, Lumify Learn has been launched as a brand-new company within the Lumify Group. AIICT will remain a part of Everthought College of Construction, while Lumify Learn is a new RTO registered under the Lumify Group.

What does the launch of Lumify Learn mean for AIICT and its students?

In a nutshell, this launch means more options for students. Lumify Learn will offer the same courses as AIICT but with access to more Lumify Group offerings. Current accredited students can choose to switch to Lumify Learn or stay with AIICT until they finish their course. Bootcamp students will keep studying with AIICT and the same Mentors and Support team.

AIICT will also no longer accept new enrolments. The phaseout will only happen once all remaining AIICT students have completed their courses. As AIICT transitions to Lumify Learn, the company will invest further in new products and services to enhance students’ learning experience.
