What is AWS Discovery Day?
This is an exclusive event for Queensland ADF Personnel (and families). It is a virtual event that is designed to introduce AWS cloud computing concepts and foundational infrastructure services – providing an insight into Cloud as career path in civilian life.
Attendees are eligible for additional training material and a FREE exam voucher to earn the Globally recognized AWS Cloud Practioner Essentials Certification.
Who can register?
The Cloud Practitioner Essentials course is designed to provide a solid foundation for individuals seeking to embark on a rewarding IT career. This course is specifically tailored for the following Defence personnel and their families:
Queensland ADF Personnel and Families
ADF veterans transitioning from a Defence career to the civilian workforce, seeking new opportunities in the IT sector
Current ADF personnel considering an IT career post-service and want to prepare for a smooth transition
Spouses of ADF veterans and current personnel interested in developing new skills and exploring IT opportunities to support their family's career growth
Students will be required to show evidence of Address and ADF afflilation when enrolling.
